WELCOME TO
My mission is to help teens, college students, and young adults explore their mental health early in life and grow strong roots that will support them in creating a loving, successful, and fulfilling future.
I offer compassionate, evidence-based online therapy designed to help young people navigate the challenges of modern life – whether it’s anxiety, depression, an eating disorder or the complexities of identity and life transitions.
I understand that life can feel heavy, uncertain, and impossible to navigate sometimes. As we move through our teens and into early adulthood, many of us come to learn just how hard things can get. But with the right tools, support, and space to feel seen, it is always possible to make it through even the hardest seasons.

HOW I WORK
Planting Healthy Roots Early With Evidence-Based Therapy Approaches
I bring a warm and relational approach to therapy that is rooted in effective, evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT).
I believe in showing up as a real person, not just a professional, and creating a space where you can feel safe enough to let your guard down and be fully yourself.
Working with me, therapy may look like learning practical skills to manage anxiety or overwhelm, exploring your deepest values and identity, strengthening your emotional regulation or cultivating more self-compassion.
I want to help you better understand what you are feeling and why as well as develop tools to navigate any challenges you might be facing with more clarity, confidence and resilience.
My passion for working with young people stems from my own struggles and a major depressive episode during graduate school. With the help of therapy and medication, I felt supported and was able to navigate through a difficult period of my life.
This experience helped me understand how crucial therapy can be in supporting young people during tough moments and transitions.
“Meghan is a very supportive therapist. She has a knack for seeing her clients through complex situations with empathy and attuned guidance. While working beside her as a colleague I noticed how her experience treating eating disorders and body image challenges translated to creative, strength-based interventions that helped clients see themselves and their struggles with greater compassion.”
